Position: Digital Marketing Executive
Location: Delhi/NCR
Experience Required: 1–2 years (minimum 2 years)

Indian Online Marketing is a fast-growing India based IT/Digital Marketing company, now expanding its presence overseas. We're driven by results, and we’re looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to scale Digital media campaigns and generate high-intent prospective leads.
Key Responsibilities:
-Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns
-Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality, conversion rate, and ROI
-Research and define audience segments relevant to Dubai property buyers and investors
-Track daily ad performance and report on key KPIs like CPL, CTR, and ROAS
-Create landing pages (in coordination with our design/dev team) for lead capture
-Maintain lead flow in CRM and coordinate closely with the sales team
-Analyse competitors and market trends for continuous improvement
-Manage and monitor budgets across platforms
Requirements:
-3+ years of experience in performance marketing
-Strong command over Meta Business Suite & Google Ads Manager
-Knowledge of ad policies, retargeting, audience segmentation, and analytics tools
-Hands-on experience with lead-gen funnels, pixel/event tracking, and A/B testing
-Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Analytics, and CRM tools
-Self-driven, deadline-oriented, and team-collaborative attitude
